Career Counselling and Employment Consulting

The Relationship

It is essential that we meet and you can see whether you'd like to work with us. It's a pretty personal process, and being able to share your goals means establishing a trusting relationship with a coach. We'll go through our process, individualise your strategy, and recommend a program for you. This will give you an idea of how much you need to budget, and then we take it from there.

  • An hourly rate of $120 per hour applies.
  • Packages available from $399 (normally $480) for 4 sessions or $540 (Normally $720) for 6 sessions.
  • Professional CV and cover letter coaching- from $180 - $399 Depending on how much input is required.
  • Contracting rates available for Change and Transition Management.

The Process

What
Where we explore what the best pathways for you are, and it is a mixture of testing, interviewing, and self-directed coaching. We are looking to achieve paths into 2-4 career options you’d like to pursue.

Tools
This process may take a little while, but we need to make sure we get the content right for your CV. I will also go through a process to individualise your cover letters (super straight forward). The main focus will be ‘is it easy to read’ and can I get the information I need 'as an employer' quickly?

Where & How
Who and where while also creating a shortlist of preferred employers. It is creating a strategy for finding work that is personalised and revised regularly.
